BUYER BEWARE! We purchased furniture from here. The couch was broken when it made to my house. they didn't want to replace it and refused to take it back and refused to refund our money. They keep coming out fixing a part that is not broken. This is has been going on for 7 months. Buyer beware. The management team is horrible and they don't want to make sure you are satisfied. I will never buy anything from here. This has been and still is a nightmare.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY HERE FYI THEY TAKE USED MARTESSES, DISGUSTING ALMOST AS DISGUSTING AS THEIR CONSTANT LIES AND HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED OF THEIR WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS...IF YOU STILL WANT TO GO THERE THEN YOUR A FOOL.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! A little over 6 months ago, we purchased a mattress set from FFO with a 10 year warranty. The mattress has begun to sag and not hold up well. When called to come out and look at them, they said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the mattress has a couple of stains of it. We have small children in the house!!!! Said someone should have explained the warranty to us when we purchased the mattress but they DID NOT!!!! Very disappointed in the customer service. Wont' be buying anything else there...
