My husband and I purchased a sectional here in October of 2016. We paid the couch off at the one year mark in October of 2017. Three months after we paid the couch off boards are sticking out of the back of the couch to the point it tore the material on the back. When we purchased this couch we also purchased the insurance that we were told would cover any thing that happened to it for five years. Now keep in mind I have no small children and the piece that broke is up against a wall so it's not being climbed over or anything, it literally broke one night when my husband simply sat down on the couch. So we set up a claim and they come out to "fix" our couch. The guy puts the board's back and sews up the holes that he tells my husband was more than what they told him to do! Are you kidding me?! So we paid for insurance for you to leave tears in my couch when the insurance was supposed to fix anything that happened. Quite frankly the 1,100 couch is a piece of junk considering it's torn up within a year and Miskellys flat out lied to us about what the insurance they sale would actually cover. You will not get another penny from me and I have already started telling everyone I know what bad customer service and poor quality furniture Miskellys has to offer.

I highly recommend this store! It has fantastic prices of everything from sofas to matresses. They offer great prices and wonderful customer service.

I gave it 1 star because of the quality of the furniture, the fabric started peeling off. Its not normal wear and tear, its a piece of garbage. Not even 3 yrs old. If someone come in to purchase that type of furniture, they should tell them, peeling is a possibilty
