The sales staff was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately the goods they sell are shawty. I am buying a supposedly "brand new" washing machine and already have had to replace the motor and circuit board. I've only had the machine for 15 months!

Ask for Carlos, he's the best salesman. We purchased a beautiful kitchen table that we got on the july 4th sale, for the price, it was an amazing deal. the shipping was only 100 dollars to come all the way to Kinston when the warehouse was pretty far away. The delivery was fast and it included installation. Although when we got it, the table had a chip in the corner and we had them send a replacement top. When they came the new table top was cracked so they stain penned the original so it would look nice. when it was done it blended well enough for us to be content. The workers were really nice and understanding and customer service over the phone was great. All and all great buy.

This store is a complete rip off..... My mother and I was attempting to purchase a bed (headboard/frame/foot board) and mattresses.  I was paying for one and she was paying for the other however the items were going to the same home.  The salesman informed us it would be a $150.00 charge for each item to be delivered.   If it was not bad enough that they were charging a $150.00 to delivery to a home that is less than 2 miles from the store, but for each item is ridiculous, just bad business.  By the way, I was paying with a check, so the salesman indicated it would be a 10 day hold on all checks.  "Why" in today's time would a business need to do that?  So off to Babcock Furniture Store we go and got the same if not better items for less with a $60.00 delivery fee....  :-(
