Disappointed. We've previously had good experiences at this store. The staff is friendly, informative and not pushy. However, we attempted to purchase a dining room set over 3 months ago and never received it. We had to call every few weeks to see if there were any updates. My wife went back to the store to find out what was going on and it was discovered our order was never completed. This was after we had already paid in full and checked with the store at least five times. She was understandably frustrated and asked for a refund. I left a message on their website trying to see if there was anyway we could resolve this since we really liked the set. Someone emailed me back immediately and let me know that the regional manager should contact me in the next day or two. After two days I called the office he was scheduled to be in and was told he had left for the day, but they would let him know I called. It's now been a week since I reached out to them and we still have not heard anything. edit: I sincerely appreciate the call back from the manager with a more thorough explanation. I better understand what happened and now we are back to looking for a new dining room set. We will likely shop here again.

I initially rated this store a 4/5 and was generally pleased with my purchase until we arrived this past weekend to pick up our furniture. There was a mistake on the order that resulted in our couch arriving in the wrong color. Instead of the salesman taking ownership of the issue he said that the reason there was a problem was because we didn't place the order with him, effectively shifting the blame onto us, the customer, for the store's mistake. I've spent 10 years in retail management and that's not something you should ever do to a customer, let alone someone that has already purchased thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise. The other downside to this location is that if the furniture you want is not on the showroom or in the small inventory on site, there is a 5-7 week wait for it to be 'constructed' and shipped on site. This combined with the order mishap mentioned earlier has led to my living room not having a couch for 10 weeks. If you can get past all of these factors then the furniture is above average quality and you can find a deal if you're willing to work a sale.

Great shopping experience at furniture distributors. Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful today with the purchase of a new mattress for my daughter! Thanks for making the shopping experience an easy one!

It was unfortunate that the store made a mistake with my daughter's order and I was dismayed by the salesman attitude. The manager is attempting to correct the error.
