I love this store. My husband and I were treated with so much attention and respect. With the help of Rick and the store manager who is awesome by the way, we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. Our saleswoman was friendly, warm, and more than helpful. She was patient and extremely informative. I must’ve beckoned her 5 times, but each time she was just as pleasant as the first! The couches we found are top-notch and perfect for our family. But again, I must elaborate on Shawn! She made this shopping trip an easy and successful one.

I shopped for new living room furniture for 3 weeks - and finally found exactly what I was looking for here - which means nothing.  Yes - they had a great selection, but so did every place I looked.  Aside from finding what fit my needs was the service - Shawn was amazing!  She let me look through the store at my pace without a high pressure sales feel.  Once I found what I wanted, purchasing was a breeze.  What I feel truly made her shine was the "hiccup" that occurred on delivery day.  She truly jumped through hoops and went above the call of duty to ensure my deadline was met AND did it with a smile!  She made the difference between this store and others I visited.  Ask for Shawn when you are shopping here and I know your expectations will truly be exceeded!!

They are not organized at all. They will tell you they going to bring you your furniture one day and don’t come. They don’t call to tell you, you have to call them. When they brought me my furniture they still missed a piece of my furniture and they say I’m not going to get that until next week and remind you I had to call them. I will never buy from here again and I advise you not to either.

Wonderful sales staff   today was my third trip  will always shop here first.   Love working with shawn.   They really take care of you.  Even after you close the door.
