I wished I would've read the reviews.  I saved for months to buy a nice couch.  Spent $1,300. Within 9 months the cushions broke down and Pete got them replaced, after several months, by the manufacturer.  I was told by Pete this was rare. 5 months later, they broke down again.  Pete made it sound like it was my fault.  Looking at the product reviews, there were HUNDREDS of complaints.  

After not hearing from Pete, I came into the store.  My 'new' cushion had been sitting there for ? how long??!! Such poor customer service I called my brother in law to see if I could sue.  I've never sued anyone, but I just want my money back.  I got a broken down cushion!!!(took 5 months for this 'new' replacement). obviously it is a used cushion, you take a leveler and it dips 4-6 inches.  Pete said it's my problem they aren't dealing with the manufacturer anymore,  YET he still sells the product.  In most businesses,  I would get my money back or at least get the cushions replaced by a local upholstery shop. Pete shows exceptionally poor character in his business dealings.  I wonder how he sleeps at night?  I am so disappointed with this couch.  It looks like it's 30 years old and a slum couch.  I am taking it to a local upholster and expect to pay about $ 500.  DON'T BUY FROM PETE/FURNITURE 86.  They get NO stars.

Steve did a great job getting us into our mattress set. It is exactly what we wanted at a fair price. He delivered the mattress when he said he would. I recommend Steve to anyone that wants a mattress set. We will be purchasing a new sofa when we get our taxes back. Thank You Steve.

So I have to say that by far this was the worst experience I have had ( and I'm a retired Marine)!! We wanted a large sectional and it came to our home, the chaise lounge was already broke..(springs​ under the bottom were snapped). In addition we ordered a Ottoman in November of 2016 did not get it until the middle of FEBRUARY!!!!2017!!!! Unreal I called them and told them about the chaise lounge it took them a month to come snap pictures and get a manufacturer ok to fix it. and it has been a month since they said it's approved to get fixed but they will pick it up when they have time where I am located as if it's going to inconvenience them.. I'm sorry that your furniture is garbage and I'm the customer and has no right asking questions about anything. I'm so dissatisfied with this entire company, I went into the store and asked them about picking it up only one guy in the entire store knew what was going on and they acted like I was a idiot for coming in and asking anything. I should be on there time because they don't care about anything or anyone!!!

NEVER BUY FURNITURE HERE!!! The worst experience in buying furniture I have ever experienced. Horrible customer service!!! We ordered couches in June, 2016 and were told it would come in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later, no couches. We have called at least 10 times and inquired about when we would get our couches. Many times, we were told they needed to call manufacturer and then get back to us. Only once did we receive a call back. We finally went down to the store and were informed they were struggling getting a hold of the manufacturer and had no idea when we would receive our couches. Pete, one of the employees/owners, showed absolutely no signs of sympathy for our problem. He simply told us to look for another couch or he could give us our money back. I wasn't expecting any free stuff, but maybe throw out an. "I'm sorry". But, not Pete.... He never said sorry or showed any signs of any empathy for me and my wife. I was shocked. I asked for my money back and he did not hesitate to grant my wish. He said our money should be back in our account by Monday. Let us hope????? NEVER BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!
