I ordered a chocolate colored chair in the begining of May with the expectacion set by Aric,  the owner that the chair would be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. It has now been 3 months and I just received my chair,  IN THE WRONG COLOR. I do not feel that Aric was concerned with the amount of time it took and that I was unhappy. I had to end up filing a small claims complaint in order to get what I felt I deserved. We settled before going to court and I got a small amount of cash back and my chair (which again is in the wrong color). I will never do business with Aric Anderson or Furniture Towne again.  If you check the Better Business (BBB)  records you will see he had an F rating as of the date I wrote this review 8-20-2017.

We bought a beautiful bed here. The customer service is fantastic. They have fast free delivery and the guys who delivered the bed were very friendly. We were very happy with our purchase.

My experience was not a very good one. My husband and I wanted to keep our business local and decided to purchase 3 rooms of furniture from Furniture Towne.  We ordered our furniture around early/mid October. Was told that the only thing on back order was our dining room chairs and that they were suppose to be ready by November, probably around the 22nd. We didn't mind waiting a little while to get what we really wanted. We were told that he had the rest of the furniture in the warehouse or would get in within 4 weeks. Well, long story short we didn't get all of our furniture until February (16 weeks...4months!). We didn't even hear from them for weeks. My husband had to go to the store in person more than once and call repeatedly to check on the status of our furniture. Very poor customer service. I felt like they had gotten their money and they could care less about the delivery of our goods.  The dining chairs were actually among the first pieces of furniture delivered...after Christmas. That was our first delivery and it consisted of our dining room table, chairs, and bedroom set. The table was broken, all of the chairs were side chairs...we ordered two arm chairs. We kept those pieces until a new table and the right chairs were ordered and delivered...more weeks of waiting. The living room furniture did not arrive until late January, with the recliner still on back order. We FINALLY received our recliner a couple weeks ago in February. We will never do business with Furniture Towne again. Very disappointed in their customer service!!

Will never purchase from here again! This guy is a rip-off. I paid $1400 for a sectional that appeared to be very nice, and was delivered a cheaply made sectional with many flaws including broken legs. When I called with my complaints his only response was "I sell this same couch to a lot of people". And that I can trade it for something of the same value or spend a little more. YEAH RIGHT! who in their right mind would spend MORE money at a business that has already ripped them off once? Ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, I knew I should have went with the sofa next door at Michaels furniture. lesson learned. Now I'm stuck with this couch which probably won't last the year.
