They were referred to me by my roof contractor (with a very good reputation). When I called them for a leaky hot water tank, they insisted that it needed replacement. In fact, the plumber had not even taken a look at my tank when he arrived at my home and was unloading the new one (I had only told them of the leaky tank over the phone). I told them I was pretty sure it was the relief valve or likely something else since my tank was only 2 years old. The plumber called his boss, told me they were not interested in doing the job and left. I called a competitor and had the valve changed and the problem fixed for a fraction of the price.

On a pris un rendez-vous quelques jours a l’avance. Il devait nous telephoner 1/2 h avant de passer. J’ai manqué du travail pour être à la maison mais ils n’ont jamais appeler. Nous les avons contacter et ils avaient oublié de transmettre l’appel au plombier. Été obligé de contacter un autre a la place.

Ils retournent pas les appels. J'ai dû insister pour parler à quelqu'un d'autre que la réceptionniste. Personnel nonchalant, j'ai l'impression de les déranger quand je téléphone plusieurs fois de suite parce que personne ne me rappelle. Lorsqu'on a des locataires qui n'ont plus de chauffage, on ne peut pas se permettre d'attendre plusieurs jours. Je ne les recommande pas du tout. Je viens de lire votre réponse et je la trouve très drôle! Vous voulez que je vous rappelle hahaha! Non merci, assez perdu de temps avec vous.

j'ai demandé une soumission pour un travail et deux jours après je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel..Je vais voir ailleurs.....J'ai été rappelé finalement et j'ai eu depuis ce temps un très bon service
