This was a really nice and convenient place when it first opened. As other recent reviews have stated, the quality has severely gone down hill in the past year. Its like they stopped taking care of the place and are waiting for it to fail. Its constantly dirty with broken equipment everywhere. There is always an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom. No music is played which makes for an awkward and empty silence throughout the gym. They must have cancelled their cable subscription to save money because all the TVs are now turned off constantly. The AC wasn't working the other day so the place was like a sauna. They do have some friendly employees. Its too bad they let this place go. Hopefully someone decides to take control and turn it around.

Went in to sign up for a membership today, 9/6/17. As I was entering the gym, the security code was blasting. No one was at the counter or the desks where the computers are located. I waited for a couple minutes but no one came over. I asked a very nice gentleman who came in to workout if he knew where to find someone to help me. He offered to help find someone but came back after saying no one was on the floor. At this time a woman came in to cancel her membership. She said there should be a guy around, said she was told he was always there. She looked in the back corner office and saw someone in there. She called his name and he came out with a huge mouth full of food (he said something inaudible and had his hand over his bulging mouth). I greeted him and said i was there to open a membership. He help his finger up and proceeded to help out the woman who was canceling. I'm no expert, but I would think a new membership would be more important, let alone the fact that I was there first. This guy with a first name of "D" turned away another sale for you guys.

Sad to see this place go. Fusion was great when it opened but the owner continued to open more gyms over time and stopped putting money into the original location.

I don't know who's given these people five stars, but clearly it must be an employee or district manager or general manager. Here I sit at 4:30 AM Wednesday morning looking for an early workout because they're supposed to be open 24 hours, however the doors are locked and the lights out. This I s the second time this happened to me, yet the staff assures me they're 24 hours. I never got my complimentary bottle water, nobody ever explain the suntan capsule or machines to me, and I never got my two free personal training sessions. The staff is non exsistant and a lot of the equipment is broken, and has been for several months. I know I'm going to come here one day and the place will be empty and abandoned.

Started out good, but lately the maintenance and house keeping has been very poor. Broken urinals and sink faucets that don't work for months. Dirty equipment and no more beverages to purchase. It's a shame that the upkeep has declined so much.
