Place is nice. Clean to compare with some other gyms... I go there for the past 10 years, and I'm the ONLY handicapped in there. I like this spot

Very frustrating to cancel! We were originally told when leaving the gym on a Friday night that we could call M-F, 9-5 to cancel our account over the phone. 
I called on Tuesday at 11:30 and spoke to someone at the front desk who told me that cancellations weren't allowed over the phone, so I asked to speak to whoever was in charge of cancellations. I spoke to Claud who then told me that cancellations were only done on Mondays over the phone - which seems dishonest considering I had been told first that cancellations could be done over the phone, then that they weren't. Now, they could only be done on Mondays? Not only that, but he was very unhelpful, brisk, and rude when I spoke to him. 
Later, my boyfriend called back in and was told the same thing by Claud, who transferred him to corporate. Thankfully, corporate was able to cancel his account immediately and did so kindly. 
There was so much miscommunication between all the employees, and no one knows what the policies actually are. Super unsatisfying experience when you have bad customer service! Won't be giving an LA Fitness gym business again.

Since joining this past July, I have had nothing but problems. I signed up with Paul who scammed and lied to me. He was fired 3 days after I joined and was suppose to do personal training with me. Unfortanetly, Kelly came abroad and made false promises by stating to me she would train with me. I gavs her my number but she never reached out. Not only are the staff members unprofessional and not properly trained, I have never seen anyone clean the equipment. On top of these problems, they charged my account twice for personal training and the membership. The communication is horrible. The only positive light I have to shine on this particular location is claude the front desk manager, who has attempted to help me several times, john the Zumba instructor and my personal trainer Fariq. I would never recommend this gym to anyone not even my worse enemy😡

I dont know what happened to this gym, but the people that work there don't care about the state of the place. It takes about 10 minutes to find weights. If you are looking for 20lb or 25lb forget it, it does not matter that there supposed to be 3-4 sets of those, the weights are all over the gym. Ppl carry them away and just leave them lying in most random places.

Last year they had good staff that would go around periodically, collect the weights and encourage the shmacks that don't put it back to do so. This year they prefer to sit at the front and chat instead...
