I am writing this review so I hope this never happens to anyone else. Please NEVER EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY EVER. This company SUCKS!!  I would never recommend anyone working for this company ever. I got a call in May and then had an interview with Amanda and she told me that she is very impressed and then the recruiter called back to say that they are sending me an offer letter. They kept on pushing the offer letter. Then they made me interview with the client without telling me that it was an interview. I cleared that and still didn’t get an offer letter. Later that day I got a call to do face to face. I did the face to face and got an offer letter same day. They were slow on background check and asked the same information twice. Then they pushed my date and the other lady who got hired  to two weeks later. I wasn’t very happy with this. But that’s not the worst part yet. After I went to work my first day , they called me back and made up a BS story about how I don’t need to go to work tomorrow because the client is organizing the department. They told the other lady who got hired a different story. I called them back and asked them what the deal was since I didn’t work on my first day and was just waiting for a laptop at work. They told me they overhired people and they don’t know what’s going on. The whole process took two months. Not only I rejected an offer at United Healthcare, I also wasted two months with them. They are very unprofessional and don’t have a clue what they are doing. They have no respect for their employees.

I do not usually make a point to leave a review on Google unless I feel significantly wronged. I felt the need to warn others to beware if you are contacted by a recruiter to start an interview process with this company. A lot of my time was wasted between phone interviews, emails, an in person interview that I had to take off from work and they did not even have the decency to ever get back to me. The recruiter would not return my call or email. The place is a real mess as well as their recruiters are unprofessional and just felt it was the right thing to forewarn others.

Great place to work! Caring managers, inclusive environment, and great work/home life balance. Best company culture I have experienced-I feel like a true part of the team.
