I was shocked at what I received. I ordered curbside pick up at 1:15 to be picked up at 1:45. When I got it home at 2, the food was cold, like it had been sitting there longer than the 15 mins it took to get it home. I went to open my enchilada plate meal and the Togo box looks like someone got upset and shoved their hand down onto the top of it. The picture does not really show it the best. I did put on the order that I did not need utensils or sauce. However, the bag had both in it. I’m not sure what happened here. This has never happened at a Fuzzy’s before. I am extremely disappointed.
Unfortunately this was the 3rd time in a row that my pickup order has been missing food items. This time half of the food order is missing from the plate. How does this get missed? You need to have somebody checking takeout orders as they’re packed, this is very basic line cook tasks but the mark is missed every single time. Now I know that I should just avoid pickup orders from this location or unpack the entire order in front of the staff each and every time. What an inconvenience that I tip the staff before I pickup as well.
We both ordered the taco plates. The tacos and beans were amazing! I didn't like to rice too much as it had a strong lime flavor. The seasoned chips with salsa was also really good. Definitely going back to try a painkiller
Fish tacos are always on point! Chase it with a frozen margaritas on a triple digit day. Cashiers very polte and friendly. A+ place! Parking: Plenty of parking and seating available. Seating available on the patio as well when the weather permits. Enjoy!
Love Fuzzy's tacos. I usually order their tempura shrimp tacos and their shredded brisket tacos. Their shredded chicken nachos are pretty good as well. They provide a huge portion of chips with your order of queso. Their tacos are also a good size. If you order out, make sure you double check your order as they are very good at forgetting items. I have always been able to resolve the issue, but wish it was not an issue. Overall solid tacos. Parking: Parking lot for restaurant
I have a love and hate relationship with this place, sometimes is good and no issues are presented. This time around i ordered probably the easiest meal to make, the bacon cheese burger; when i first bit into it the meat patty was still raw. The waiter was more upset than I was, clean and friendly staff.
Have loved Fuzzy’s for years and this is our go-to location. We had delivery tonight Sun Dec 11 with our regular order of battered crispy fish tacos. Unfortunately, the fish was over-cooked to the point of almost being jerky…very dry and chewy. I know this was an abnormality, as we usually enjoy them quite a bit. I will also say that they were much more enjoyable when you used to double the corn tortillas. They break apart too readily now.
The food was good but only giving a 3 because the young lady working cashier was just miserable. I’m sorry she had to work on a Holiday been there, done that but no reason she had to take it out on your customers. Everything annoyed her. If we took to long ordering she just signed. No smile, no thank you. Just mean! I sure hope the rest of staff doesn’t depend on what tips are left based on that experience alone and if so, I’m sorry, she is severely hurting you! May want to tell her great customer service goes a long way
I absolutely love Fuzzy's and I've never been to this location but since I was close I decided to place an online order. They are extremely short handed on staff. There was no bartender and it seems like the manager was running around crazy trying to make things happen. Some of the workers were just standing around. One was walking around with his mask u see his nose and some didn't have them on at all. I ordered my food online and arrived about 15 mins later to be told they only had 2 cooks and the orders are backed up. People were just standing around the waiting area on their food. I waited bout 20 mins near the pickup window and one of the cooks Chandler asked my order name and said he was working on it now. He promptly fixed my order and it came up quick and he apologized for the wait. It would have been nice if the manager had done the same. They really need help bad at this location. I highly doubt I come back to this location again.
Great fresh taste! Nice atmosphere. A little pricey.... but that's pretty much everywhere now! Can't get a lunch combo here for less than $10.Food: 5/5
