I would have enjoyed meat in my tacos. The portions are very very small. The lady working the window got extremely upset because I asked to add Hot sauce at the window after turning it down while placing my order. I even apologized to her and left the business feeling scolded. Oh... No straws either for the two drinks.
Went to drive thru and asked how long it had been since they took the meat out of the hot water. I used to work at taco bell and don't like it if it's been out for too long. The woman on the speaker asked why I wanted to know as more cars piled behind me. She then said it doesn't matter because the food is safe to eat either way. I ordered a chicken power bowl and a spicy potato taco. When I got to the window, the woman who appeared to be a manager with short hair and waves told me that I'm not privileged to that information from her. I got my food, the chicken was fine however the potatoes were strange. Instead of the deep fried potatoes they normally use, there were what looked like sliced potato wedges. If they were out of potatoes, they should have just put "sold out" on the menu instead of giving something that isn't on the menu. The woman also could have simply told me that she didn't know or wouldn't be able to tell me about the meat instead of arguing while there is a long line waiting behind me. Most of the employees here are polite and professional, just not that manager. I have met her before and she has consistently been rude to me. Is this really the person you want as the manager?
Yikes. This location USED TO be good. This use to be my wife and I’s favorite Taco Bell. Not sure what happened but the staff completely changed and with it so did the service. There has not been a single time in the past 3-4 months where the order was somewhat correct. We’ve had entire entrees missing on several occasions. They show a lack of care and are truly always ready to shut you up and move on to the next customer. If you care to have any type of friendly service and have your food correct, don’t visit this location until they have trained the personnel there.
Drive through service was great. Friendly voice and face. However I ordered my combo with no tomatoes on anything. The order was correct on the screen. Unfortunately I had to pick out tomatoes off my tacos. To most it's not a big deal but I'm sensitive to fresh tomatoe flavor and smell. I ended up not even eating the tacos.
To the late Saturday Night Manager, I don’t appreciate your attitude. If you hate your job the way you were talking about it in the window, then quit. ‍ I’ve had better experiences with people at McDonalds at 2 in the morning than what I had with you tonight. Piece of advice: Focus on your money and what you have to do to finish the shift and less on yourself and how irritated you may be. Because, to be frank, that ain’t got a doggone thing to do with your customers, especially not ME when I was kind the entire time. Oh and my food was cold…
You better have decided everything you want to order and have a good memory before opening your mouth when going through the drive through. Ridiculous computerized screen has a popup the moment you begin to order covering 1/4 of the menu. I tried to tell the employee at the window to pass on the message to her manager how bad of a design this was so hopefully the word would get passed up the management chain but she rolled her eyes, dismissively said "We don't control the menu, sir" and shut the window.
This location needs to step it up. The last 3 times I’ve been asked to park and wait for my food after going through the drive thru. It always turns into a 15-25 min wait! Edit: came back to give this location a second chance on 12/22. Placed a mobile order and when I arrived they said they were receiving a system update and to wait 30 mins and come back or cancel my order. Why even let the order be placed to begin with if you are doing POS updates during business hours 11:45pm. This location is just awful. And all of the reviews below seem to echo that as well.
One time forgot to order water the cashier rudely said why didn't you order it at the speaker. Today I ordered my water at the speaker with 6 sauce she gives me 1. Idk what her problem is but she's rude and aggressive. She has tattoos on her hand very rude mean lady never have a good experience when she's my cashier. There's another lady Mayne the manager super nice love seeing her friendly face but this worker will have to make me give a rating of 1. Why be aggressive, passive, and rude when I'm paying and haven't said one thing to her.
Just gave me the wrong order. The person in front of me in the drive thru ordered and then just drove off, so as I pull up to the window the girl tries to hand me 2 drinks and I'm like "nope that's not my order, I only ordered 2 burritos and some chips and cheese." So she spends a few minutes trying to figure out what to do and the guys behind the counter hand her a bag, she grabs it and asks me if I want some hot sauce. I say yes. She puts it in the bag, hands it to me and I drive off. Just got home and she gave me the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER'S ORDER. Like, do these people not even bother to look in the bag!? It's not that hard! I literally mentioned it when she was about to give me the wrong order and she STILL gave me the wrong order!! ‍
Waited 15 minutes just to order. It has been 10 minutes still at the order speaker. This happened the last time I was here also. I thought it was just a fluke, but it’s not. Won’t be back here again. Shouldn’t take a half an hour to get three crunchy tacos and a drink
