Had my power steering replaced here they didn't top off my power steering fluid, on a positive side they do have a driver's Lounge access to restrooms and plus a shower that you could use, there's also a couple of places that do make a delivery for food if you would like some

Stay away from this place. Came in with air leak. Left with an air leak, just not audible so they passed it for DOT. Only took 3.5 working days to get a few fittings in. Day shift will not speak to you or night shift about what's happening with your repair. In my case mechanic didn't perform all requested repairs. I realized 40 miles down the road they didn't even put the battercover/steps back on and it was about to fall off the mounts. Glad i caught that and didnt break my ankle or fall getting out of truck.

Body Shop did a first class job on fixing and painting/buffing one of our 2015 Cadcadia's. They also only charged us $20 day storage for the trailer versus $40 a day where the trailer was at

I have been to this facility more then once.As for the need to have my truck worked on in a timely manner due to being late is 100% unacceptable in my type of work I am VERY impressed with the service I received.This facility is very clean and the staff is outstanding.I love this facility.Have been to many freightliner shops over the years and this one tops them all.Thank All Of You There for the service you have given me!!!

Came to Fyda for a radiator problem and one-box failure. We were concerned after previously having a REALLY bad experience at Fyda in Cincinnati, but the staff here at this location were friendly and helpful, got us an estimate quickly. We were disappointed to hear that the part would take a long time to get in, but were pleasantly surprised when it came in two weeks sooner than expected. Fyda made an effort to get the repair covered under warranty (thank you) and we are up and moving again. Thank you for the fast and friendly service... and the donuts for driver appreciation was a nice touch. :) Take the bad reviews at face value, drivers get grumpy when they get bad news, especially expensive bad news. We received good customer service, timely and correct repairs, the shop was clean, and we were dealt with fairly and honestly.
