Do not do business with this store. I've purchased from multiple FYE locations and this is the WORST. I bought a pair of cheap wireless earbuds and they didn't work. At all. So I went back THE VERY NEXT DAY and asked if I could exchange them. I even had the receipt! "Shauna" said she wouldn't do anything to assist me because I didn't have all of the "packing materials" that came with the earbuds. I didn't want anything but the $10 ear buds and told her she could keep the packaging. She was rude and didn't want to help at all. Even if she was polite, but wouldn't do it, I'd be ok. But she was anything but nice. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she claimed that there was no one above her in the company. She claimed to have "no boss". Avoid this store like the plague. I'd rather throw ten dollars out the window. Horrible.
