Great guys, very knowledgeable in Mercedes vehicles. Had my transmission diagnosed and repaired on my E class here, drives great again. 

They do have a lot on their plate, so it might take them a bit of time to get to working you into the schedule.

I've been servicing my Mercedes C280 for many years. G&A has earned my trust and respect. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Both gentlemen, Father and son highly certified to handle any vehicle especially European. Knowing that owning and servicing a high end vehicle is Dealership expensive. G&A is reasonable in their hourly price and work with factory parts. Due to circumstances some major key parts have to be ordered so be patient! "Remember it's a local shop and only two mechanics. I you call and no pick up; call back at a later time", do not leave a voicemail because they are very busy and will not answer at the time. #1Shop in western mass. 🏁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...RC

My husband has been bringing his mercedes to G & A for years and we've been very happy with their service.  They used to be prompt with scheduled service, honest in their appraisals of what needed to be done and fairly priced.  Having said that, our experience this past week has been the total opposite.  My husband brought his car in for a brake line leak.  He was told it would take 3 days because the line had to be ordered.  After not hearing from anyone in 3 days, he called and was told the car wouldn't be ready until the following week, even though the part had arrived.  They are down to 2 employees in the shop.  They are trying to get their regular scheduled service done and taking repairs when they can get caught up.  I can appreciate the problems that the loss of an employee can create, but we have been  regular customers for years and I expected to have the car back within the 3 day window they originally projected.  To be without a car for a week is tough.  When I called on the fourth day to express my frustration,  the person I spoke to was defensive and a little upset.  No apologizes were offered and no explanations were given.  I expected more of them and while they've always been great, I am very disappointed with this experience.  I'm not sure if they'll keep our business.

It is difficult to find a shop to trust, but this is one of them. They have the knowledge and equipment to service German and similar makes as well. Highly recommend.
