Over the past 10 years I've got 2 cars from Mark and both times the experience was flawless. I was honestly explained about each vehicle and potential maintenance that can come up during the use of the car. So overall I'd say I've got a great service. Side note- as with any used car dealership, unless you're paying cash, you probably want to shop around for a car loan.

Bought a car that seemed like a good deal at the time. I asked how much rust was affecting the vehicle and Mark promised me "none" and that he inspects all of the cars personally in addition to using a local mechanic. Less than a year later I have to replace major parts of the frame/engine mount because they are so rusted out that they are going to break; I've also had to replace the entire brake system, battery, a belt, ball joint and the tires to the tune of putting in 30% in maintenance of what I paid for the car--in less than 7 months. He acted offended when I offered a price lower than asking despite all of the work I've needed to do since. Either have your own trusted mechanic look at the vehicle prior to purchase or don't be fooled by what seems like a great deal--it's probably not. I'm pretty disappointed by the whole experience and will not use this company again.

We had a signed buyers order and he sold the car out from under me after I had already wired him the money.  By itself this is annoying, but the fact that it took over two weeks for my money to be returned to me (over 20k) is completely unacceptable.  Instead of wiring my money back like he had requested for me to do, he sent it first class mail days later because he "Didn't want to wire the money."

I have had such an amazing experience with G and M Motors. Mark was very helpful with assisting me in my first car buying experience. I was given a very fair price for a Honda Fit. The car was sold to me in an excellent condition even though it had many miles on it. I am very impressed that I was treated professionally and have had my many questions answered comprehensively and concisely. I would recommend G and M Motors to anyone interested in buying a used car.

We were looking for a new car and had already looked at Toyota. That dealership did not give us any discount off the sticker price so we went to G and M Motors. 

After a variety of responses to my web searches and then the phone call from Mark inviting me to come to G and M Motors to let them help me through this major decision was all I needed. The follow-up call was the best. Mark found the model, the color, the accessories in a vehicle I liked, had it moved to their location and would I like to come drive it. What more could I ask for?

We had been there looking about a month prior and talked to Mark of G and Motors. Mark is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and listens to the customer. He does have a charm about him and helped make the experience work for us. After we had driven the car we were ready to settle on the financial package. He helped us get into their credit system and then came back with the offer... he told us we would have just one swing at it, it was just the way he worked, (and the way we preferred as well). The price was very good, he showed us the invoice, which we already knew from the Internet, and then gave us discounts, and with our trade we came away with a deal we all could live with.

We were given a car to drive over the weekend and when we returned on Monday evening we signed the paperwork and again Mark answered all of my questions I had after reading the operations manual. When time came to getting finance Mark went over the paperwork  and signed the finance forms. He allowed us to go home and think about the extended warranty options overnight and we still had to bring the title to our trade and a check for the down payment. We left with our car that night.

It was a real pleasure to buy a vehicle at G and M Motors. We love our Toyota and we were generally surprised how easy and pleasant the experience was. What a difference the last 12 years have had on the way dealership treat customers and the Internet has helped educate the consumer.

I have already referred a new customer to G and Motors, Mark talked with her over the phone first and he even had vehicles pulled for her to drive and look at when she got to the dealership. Although a trade / new purchase is just a very time-consuming situation, Mark streamlined it as much as possible. I will continue to refer my friends and family to Mark of G and M Motors and wouldn't hesitate to go back for another vehicle in the future.
