Able to do a same-day delivery to a restaurant for my wife’s bday dinner, when the other local shops couldn’t.  The arrangement they made was beautiful (and big) and my wife was very impressed, so good brownie points for me.  Overall great experience.

Buyer beware! Our office just received a nice arrangement for a fellow employee as a sympathy gift. Spells absolutely horrible of cigarettes. When we called to advise, was told there driver does smoke and to set it outside to air for 10-15 minutes. Poor way to show customer appreciation! Never will use or recommend to anyone!

Could not have asked for a better experience. My husband & I were traveling to Miramar Beach to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. My husband had called everywhere within 2 hours to find me these specific Blue Orchids as the traditional gift, my favorite flower, and from my home state of California. This was the only location that was willing to help without acting as if my husbands request was too inconvenient. Not only were they ready on time, look amazing(!!!), last a long time, but also he was charged an unbelievably reasonable price!!! 

My husband later enjoyed telling me how nice the owner was! Thank you so much for helping him make my gift so special!!! The Four

I have used them for years BUT they not only over-charged me but admitted it in writing.  Said they would credit me and then didn't and the owner was beyond rude.  I will NOT recommend them again nor use them again.  This is a shame because they do beautiful work BUT when they over charge by $200 plus dollars on some orchids that were put in my containers I have to stop.   I was shocked.  I had never questioned a bill before and never written a bad review of anyone.  But this was totally unacceptable and beyond reason.  DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST...unless you triple check their prices.  Shameful and very disappointing.

This what had happened to my 6 years Anniversary. I had called to order an specific most beautiful stunning TALL BASE with lots of colors and thick. I spoked to a lady name Tony and she had told me that she would she would be decorating herself. Couple of hours later my fiance had called me and thanking me and send a picture of the flowers. I was very disappointed and the worst experience of ordering flowers by this company GGBLOOM. I immediately called and ask what happened?  Tony had picked up and told me that she didn't make the flowers that someone had accidentally made me a short base instead.  She mentioned that she would have someone come back tomorrow to replace the flowers to schedule to be picked up. It wouldn't be the same and she was gonna the owners talk to me tomorrow instead.  I will drop this flowers off for my FULL REFUND!!  took a picture of the flowers. Water bottle is almost the same size! So you decide!
