I went to this salon several times and each time I went, the older lady that attended to me kept missing the sides of my nail and painting way below my cuticles. After leaving the salon, it would appear like my nails had been painted over a week, like the nail had grown out. I always believe in customers voicing how they want their service since they are paying for it.... I pointed out the above to her and she got mad. When I complained to the guy who spoke better English, his response was to leave if I was not satisfied with their service. I recommended friends to this place and this is how they show gratitude... They best believe I will not return and I will tell all friends of this nasty experience. Their service is awful... I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

No further attempts to clean/sanitize nail supplies between clients besides a spritz of alcohol. Nice place to get a fungal infection.

First I got a pedicure done and it was alright (lasted a good couple months even though it was bulkier than normal for just polish). Went back and decided to get a manicure 1st they don't know how to do nail forms so I had to settle for acrylic tips. The Polish sucked it was bubbly like the person just learnt how to paint nails and I did it matte,  so u could see all the imperfections😑. The tips weren't the right size for my nails so my nails were in excruciating pain 😢for a couple of days till my nails started to grow. After they were finally comfortable 2 of them lifted up from the base and was only stuck from the tip and would snag on everything I had to walk around with bandaids holding them down. I was over the nails so I went to them to get them taken off and they kept pressuring me to get them redone or get something else. When they saw I wasn't budging they asked if I wanted a soak off I said yes sat down 1 lady went to prepare a bowl for my hands to sit in then another lady comes over pulls out some tool and just ripped the nail off my finger 😤( it was painful and it broke my fu***** nail) and I snatched my hand away.  The lady with the bowl is like no she wants soak off n the other lady just shrugs and walks away. I will never go back and I don't know y any1 would. My sister went and her nail broke the same day. AVOID

This salon was a disappointment. I waited 4 days before posting a review. My nails didn't even last 4 days. I have 2 broken nails already(pinky & first).This was my first time here, and definitely the last. I paid $55 for a full set, that wasn't even done correctly. I was given a technician that pretended to know English, but he really didn't. Some of my nails are thicker then others. My pinky nails aren't the same length. I was charged $15 for 2 nails with very basic designs. I also did an eyebrow threading. That was a disappointment also. I've never done a threading where I didn't have to hold my eyebrow taut. She did more plucking with tweezers then the actual threading. When I got home and looked in a magnifying mirror, I still had a bunch of blond hairs left. I gave it 2 stars because the salon was clean,  and while my nails looked pretty, they were low quality.
