Amazing! BEST customer service.
I called G's because I was in a pinch, and needed an evening gown in a week. I already had 2 other bridal stores tell me point blank that there was no time to get anything. However, Ana told me to come in that day...and within 3 hours of the phone call I had the perfect dress!! She also did (minor) 
alterations in 1 day with no additional charge for the rush job. This was a refreshing experience and I highly recommend G's for bridal and formalwear.

The worst bridal shop I've ever been to by far. I would not even give 1 star if that were an option. Had an appointment there at 2:00 today. Not one person greeted me or my bridesmaids. The lady there had the worst customer service. Had no clue what she was doing...everything about today was horrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont know how they're even still in business.

I loved it there! They were nice and understanding and on the same day they helped find the perfect dress for my quince and I bought it.

I'm very pleased with Ana and all employees from G's Bridal Store, after Getting tired of looking for a wedding gown,  I finally found the dress that I wanted and for a very good price, Ana is very flexible to work with, I really recommend this place before you go shop anybody else.

I have to say, Although Ana & Jerry were very nice, and my dress is absolutely stunning. I had the worst bridesmaid dress disaster with them. I of course always fall in love with a discontinued dress. They bent over backwards getting me all the sizes. Thats all Great. But EVERYONE of my girls dresses had to be resized and they looked terrible. Every size i told them they didnt order the right size!  Very upsetting. I cant even begin to describe the disappointment. They just don't seem to have their act together there. I should have waited and found dresses else where. My wedding is in 8 days and its too late to do anything about it now. I jumped the gun and picked a dress i wasn't 100% sold on. The dress seriously doesnt look good on any of my girls. I took my dress else where and spent the 200 bucks to have it altered.  They dont seem to have any sense of urgency and everyone seems to have a "family emergency" when its time to get things done. 
Ugh
No ill will against G's, just wish i went elsewhere for my bridesmaid dresses.
