Came to fort Meyers for uniform pants for our son for the high school fire academy. We called ahead and we're told store was open until 5:30. We arrived at 4:24 and was greeted by a saleswoman, Tasha who announced she was closing! She was so rude!!!she told us the store closed at 4:30. We explained that we had called ahead but we were given the wrong time! I have never been treated so rudely. We literally bought a pair of pants in 6 minutes! No customer service just rudeness! Will never go back!

I have no idea how they are still in business.  Never answer the phone, embroidery takes weeks longer than  promised.  Hadn't even placed order for other items over 2 weeks later.  Will never be shopping here again.  Not to mention the attitude when you ask questions.  No customer service at all!

I ordered a scrub top for school that needed to be embroidered, literally over a month and a half later I had to call to find out they've had it and never called me. This is the second time it's happened.
