I have been a customer for approximately seven years or more.  The person that I have interacted with during this time is named David.  From the very first time conducting business with him I was met with professionalism and courtesy.  There was and has never been a tech question that I have asked were he has made me feel inadequate.  I have always received constructive suggestions. His expertise is excellent! Never has there been a time when he has completed work for me that it  was not done in a timely manner and done with perfection.  Afterwards I have always received a follow up call from him to ensure that everything is working as it should be. In 2017 I brought a Lenovo Think Pad which after reviewing others can be very pricey.  I brought one from G technology for a great price. I feel it is necessary to mention that not only does David show professionalism and courtesy he has integrity. He will not do anything that he feels is unnecessary just to make money. As you can tell I have the utmost confidence in dealing with this company.  Anyone who decides to do business with him /company will not be disappointed and I feel very confident in recommending his business to anyone.

Found this shop online... Dell laptop with touchscreen monitor screen failure.  Had gotten the runaround for months by Geek Squad, other big retailers with ridiculous estimates for repair.  Took a chance based on online reviews - I was very pleased with the outcome.  At first I was apprehensive because of the size of the shop but was met by David who was awesome.  He was very honest, did a great job on the repair, and the price was reasonable and fair.  Wish I would had found this shop sooner... I know where I’m going for any future computer repairs.

I found this shop online and I went to the store one because it was close to my home. I was very very pleased by the service that I received. I took my laptop in for service and was met with a kind and very helpful person Dave. He was not pushy in trying to sell me anything he was more concerned with my needs and that is what I call customer service!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of PC repair!!! I am defiantly going back for my other PC concerns and issues!!!!
