Anthony was awesome! Set up and transferred everything for me. Very knowledgeable! The manager was in back it was a little busy she could of came out to assist and get customers in and out. Had to return because I had another issue. Anthony was great again the manager was out front this time didn’t assist again but at the end when I did tell her how great the rep was then she was trying to plug some products.

Let's just say she doesn't want her job but she is young and dumb.  I had to call support to get my questions answered and he was great. I won't be back here.

The customer service person John was fabulous as was  Tom the manager of the store.  They both assisted in making sure I got the best plan.  Thanks to all

my experience there was awesome my sales rep joanna was very helpful. Made sure all my stuff transfer over to one phone to another. Made sure I got all my  accessories for my phone. Will definitely go there again and  recommend  my family and friends :)

I was called and offered 2 free phones and 2 free lines after being a t mobile customer for 10 years. I got charged for the phones and the lines. Beware of scams here.
