The staff at Gadgets is wonderful.  
They are very helpful and patient with people that are not as knowledgeable as they are about the products.  
I highly recommend Gadgets for all of your computer, phone, and technology support needs.  Their customer service is top notch (honestly you don't get personal service like theirs at a chain store or online).  If you are like me and prefer personalized friendly service this is the place to visit.

The Gadgets Technology team is such a fun and helpful group of people! They have always done their job with a smile on their faces. I would recommend them to anyone. The service you receive from them isn't the kind of service you see these days anymore. So thankful for their help and knowledge!

Inquired about getting an older HDD with PATA connector to run on my Windows 10 SATA desktop. Imagine my surprise, and then anger when they informed me, "He doesn't do anything like that"
They were the ones that sold me the adapter to connect it in the first place, and now they refuse to follow through!

I made 2 trips to this store and both experiences were somewhat unsatisfying. I had a USB drive problem this last visit, and the boss didn't come out of the office to answer my question just sent me on my way.
