My family has gone to this funeral home for generations. I attended my first funeral there as a child when my grandfather passed away and to this day the staff maintains utmost professionalism and compassion.  We will continue to rely on their assistance and guidance with the comfort of knowing we will be treated well.

Just called inquiring about an upcoming wake and whether there was an open casket (not bringing my children if there is one).
EXTREMELY rude person answered the phone. 
Really ?! In your line of work ? 
Where is your compassion and empathy ?
