I was referred to Gainesway Small Animal clinic at a time when I needed them the most.  My dogs at home had taken on a virus and the care that they needed was so much more than I could give them at home.  I took my dogs here and as soon as I met Dr. Vice I immediately felt reassured and comfortable that we had taken them to the right place.  For over a week these wonderful vets worked on mine and my husband's babies.  Dr. Sallee was the main vet that we ended up dealing with and he was just absolutely amazing.  The Vet technician Mike was positively amazing as well!  With these two keeping an eye on my dogs I felt a sense of relief I can't even explain. I knew they were doing everything possible that they could to fix and care for my loved ones.  They took my calls multiple times a day and never made me feel like a was a bother; each phone call they took the time to explain to me what was going on at that moment and gave me a detailed update on the hours before and what to expect next.  I could not have asked for a better place to take my dogs!  I would recommend this veterinarian over any other in the city of Lexington and I've had my horrible experiences at a few different ones.  Gainesway changed my mind on Vets and I have found a place I feel I can trust and will go to for life now!  If you want your loved ones completely taken care of this is the best place possible.  And on a financial note they were incredible as well!!

Every time we have brought our fur babies in here we have been greeted with the highest level of professionalism, care and advice. Dr. Sallie has taken good care of us and when we recently had to put down our trusty and beloved dog Dr. McCord administered it gracefully and with great compassion. Thank you.

My friend recommended GSAC when I acquired 2 small pets, my friend's family been going here for 30+years. Well organized office. Friendly staff. Always able to see my pets for minor emergencies ( cuts, stomach illness ext.)by the next day, sometimes same day. They care about animals.

We are so happy with the care our pets have received at Gainsway small animal clinic. The staff is friendly and kind, and the doctors are some of the best in the state. Highly recommended.

When we arrived, with my 2 cats, they were weighted and taken straight back to sleep room. We filled out paperwork and the doctor came in within minutes. I was so happy with the way we were taken care of. The doctor gave my cats a very thorough exam, gave me tips, and administered meds that cats required for a healthy life. He then gave meds for us to take home for them to take in a few days as another preventive measure. I loved this place!
