If you're buying you're very first home, this is by far the worst choice in lawyers you could make. Dean has 5 assistants who don't speak to him or each other, they lack any common sense to forward along email to one another. So you can imagine the nightmare one would go through. Debbie is an all out horror to work with. She is rude, and speaks to you like you're a moron, when she is because she failed to understand the details of the contract that one of her coworkers held in their email. They also NEVER respond to your emails with your questions or needs. I have had to send an email THREE TIMES about closing (which is in three days) and not one "we are looking into it" or " we will see what we can do" - WHAT AM I PAYING YOU (an ungodly amount) FOR!?   They have made this process more difficult than necessary and have caused way too many bumps in the road. Which lets circle around to how they could of screwed us on the home. They sent us a contract from the seller on the 6/22, we approved via email 6/22. At the 11th hour Debbie is asking where our approval is?.....ONE UNNECESSARY heart attack after another. I will be sure to come back and edit, come closing on Monday.

The receptionist was very sweet, but when I went in for my closing with my attorney, everyone else was rude, didn't even acknowledge me or shake my hand.  One of them even called me a whiner because the week before the closing date got moved up, and I was busy with work (yeah some people have to work during the day) and I couldn't get out of my meetings.  I ended up having to take the morning off and risk getting in trouble at work because they were unwilling to work with me.  So I guess if trying to save my job, to pay for the house makes me a whiner, then well I guess I am one.

I always have a great experience dealing with this law office. I highly recommend them for your real estate closing if you are buying a house or selling your home.

We have used Bob Galgan for a total of 6 times since 2003 and we just had a closing of another home with him yesterday 7/27/16.  He and his staff are always friendly and professional.  They responded to all the questions I ever had in a timely fashion.  If you are looking for an attorney to sell or buy a home, he knows his stuff and will look out for your interests.

Sketchy lawyers, go for someone better, the office looks like Joe vs. the Volcano. I was happy my lawyer didn't come from there and we were just working with theirs.
