My son (which just turned 3) had an appointment today. He was really excited to go. I was a little nerves because at his doctors appointments he cries as soon as we start walking into the room. But he did really good. The waiting room has toys, a coloring table with coloring paper and crayons, a TV, and they even have a Touch screen like tv for them to play while they wait. 

We didn't have to wait a long time. They called him right away. Once he was in the chair they explained all the stuff they were going to use for his cleaning and fluoride every tool. Once they were done they gave him a sticker and asked if they can take four pictures (xrays) which my son said yes. His mouth was starting to get tired after the second one. They didn't push him any further. They just said they can take the rest at his next cleaning. They gave him a balloon and a prize and a backpack with goodies for his teeth.

They were all so good with him from the receptionist to the ladies in the back. I really recommend Gale Ranch pediatric dental.

I highly do not recommend Derick Phan.  I simply went to get retainers, but ended up having teeth unaligned that should not have been touched at all. 
After telling him what happened, he didn't acknowledge my story, though he knew I was telling the truth, since he refused to bring forth my teeth mold made earlier, and ignored his assistant who too realized the damage. Only to tell me to continue wearing them though my bite became off, and my side teeth were becoming more and more unaligned, though they were perfect and shouldn't have been tampered with in the first place. 
I returned the retainers and am now looking for others to fix what he has done.
