I cannot express how pain-free (and pleasant, actually) the car-buying experience was that I had at Galpin Honda. More specifically, I want to say thank you to Walter Barry for his help. While everyone I met at Galpin was helpful and friendly, Walter went above and beyond to see to it that I was taken care of. Even before setting foot on the lot, Walter was extremely welcoming to our questions and provided us with very useful information. When we were ready to make a visit, Walter came in on his day off to assist. We drove off the lot that day with a new HR-V and I am loving it. 

I probably won't be in the market for another car for a few years, but I highly recommend to anyone interested in a Honda to contact Galpin, and ask for Walter.

What a pleasure it was to lease my first vehicle from Galpin Honda! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, but Sam Danho went above and beyond what I expected. Sam answered all my questions and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me something. He is definitely someone who had my best interest at heart and walked me through the entire process, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Everything was straightforward and I received some of the best customer services out there. Sam was wonderful and dedicated, and my experience with Galpin Honda was phenomenal. 

Liz helped me sign all of my paperwork to finish things up, and I appreciate her fantastic personality and patience. With her, paperwork was painless, and the time just flew by. She's definitely the person you want to help you once it comes to all the final paperwork!

I had a wonderful experience at Galpin Honda thanks to Maury. Shopping for a car can be intimidating but with the help of Maury, I was able to purchase my dream car. He was patient and helpful and above all, provided excellent customer service. He listens to his customers and makes sure you get the best deal. He was also very thorough in answering my questions and was knowledgeable about the different models at Galpin Honda.

First came here a little nervous because we had in mind already the exact car we wanted and at what price we would get it and didn't want to get disappointed. We didn't want to get pushed around by any aggressive car dealers. Our salesman Abe patiently listened to what we wanted and showed us cars that had what we were looking for - and then some. We left the dealer in a car that exceeded our expectations and at a price we were very happy with!

Willy went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Hes a great salesman and has great communication skills. Hes a superlative asset to the Galpin Honda family. He followed up with us to see how we were doing and how we were enjoying our new vehicle and if we had any further questions.
