If you're planning on buying a used vehicle "do not " buy from this dealer. pacoima auto is by far the worst place ever, they've sold us an f350 that left us 2 or 3 times on the road. This truck check engine came out the first dat we took it next day  the truck didn't wanna turn on anymore the dealer picked it up. They did nothing but a mickey mouse on the truck they've supposedly fixed it but it was a lie it left us again the same week they gave it back , to top it all the a/c was ruined since day one and they didn't fix it either ... as it couldn't get worst  we gave back this truck as we spoke to the financial company to inform them they were selling us junk. The dealer gave us the option to switch for another car because they couldn't return the down payment ... we took the truck now this was a Silverado 2500 HD this truck was worst than the first one as usual from their cars  check engine came out , it wouldn't turn on anymore it was the battery they changed it "supposedly " one more time it left us  this time it the dealer blame the issue on us saying that we don't drive the truck how it should be driven, this was a big joke to us we finally made the first good decision from all we called the financial company they broke the contract until now the dealer doesnt want to give back the down payment money all they have are cheater workers from women to men make sure " pepe & Vicky show you proof of the good condition of the car before you buy it 
Pepe is sure the biggest liar of them all , with his all innocent face "not " the biggest rat of them all 
P.s make sure their word matches what's writing on paper they told us they were financing us with the 10% which came out that they did it with the 17% 
P.s they have placed the trucks on sale now I'm more than sure they didn't fix them at all 
All this happened in the month of September 
Please think about it twice I wouldn't want someone to pass through what we did it was a nightmare.
I give no damn good stars to this place I put one just because I had to to post the review

Very bad place do not go here the cars have problems and they don't wanna fix it all they wanna do is give your money back they don't fix check engine lights they just clear codes

They put and advertisement and they posted truck to reel in people, truck was actually 5,000 more than posted.
