It's rare to find great customer service these days. Everyone rushes out to the big box stores, yet those big box stores can't and don't offer the quality customer service only found in the local guy. I'm a repeat customer of Gambrills Equipment Co--I can't believe this is my first Google review for them. Regardless, I have ALWAYS received excellent customer service from George and company at Gambrills Equipment Co. Take my latest experience for example. I posted on their Facebook page asking if they had any lawn mowers left. It's currently November and yes I know the season is over and no one has lawn mowers. I just moved into a new home and we now have slopes in our yard, so my Crapsman FWD mower doesn't work out very well. The grass needs to be cut again (probably two more times). George told me to call him, which I did. Long story short, on his day off (Friday) ordered me one (probably while still in his PJ's) and I got the call yesterday (the following Monday) saying my mower was in and ready to go. Wait what? You mean to tell me my mower came in over the weekend? WOW! I haven't used it yet, as this review isn't about the mower...it's about the local guy and his staff providing excellent customer. Support local businesses...support THIS local business for all of your lawn care needs. Thanks George and company. I appreciate the outstanding customer service as always.

Avoid this place like the plague! Absolutely awful to do business. Plus it is in a residential neighborhood and is an eyesore. Surprised the zoning commission has not shut them down.

George is always courteous and professional no matter  whether he's talking to a homeowner or  a business client. He seeks to do things the right way mechanically instead of  taking short cuts  that may not be a good long term solution.   

He's also great at getting any product that breaks  still under warranty,  to be covered by the manufacturer.

They also offer a nice line up of commercial lawnmowers  including EXmark

I took my trimmer in last week for a warranty job. 

It was 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. My plan was to drop it off and pick it up a few days later.

Nope the gentleman working said hold on. He grabbed the trimmer and took it and had the job done in under 10 minutes.

Talk about customer service. Needless to say I'll be going back and replacing more equipment with them
