Update: I really tried to love this place, but I will cancel my membership this month. The reasons: (1) not enough availability/too many closings; (2) quality of service; (3) lack of follow through from management. (1a) Too many closings. Stemming from me previous concerns I contacted management. They advised that when it’s too cold their machines could damage vehicles and so they make the early decision to close. However, on multiple occasions (even the day I called them) it was a nice bright and sunny 70 degrees out and this location was closed. That’s fine and all, but, it happens too much. (1b) Availability. During the week they open at 8am and close at 7pm. If you work in the area and experience traffic, you’ll notice that making it during these hours can sometimes be a challenge, especially when they close on some of those limited weekend hours, or, if you can’t get away from church or something going on during the weekend. According to management, they can't offer any better hours, but, I guarantee I would have stopped by during the week more, if they opened at perhaps 7am, or closed at 8pm. (2) Quality of service. I consistently notice that I end up having to spot check my exterior and re-clean some spots. The center consul is consistently missed… still has that same stain on it the past three times I went. Certain items on the carpets clearly are missed. There has been a severe drop in quality of service from the summer time until now, the Spring. I was willing to overlook all of these problems, but, the last time I returned to my car, my wife and I noticed that the touch screen was scratched where it never had been before. We thought little of this until I later looked at the exterior and found small similar scratches. It appears the girl, who wiped our car, didn’t care to remove or cover her ring(s) before working on our vehicle. (3) Lack of follow through from management. When I originally addressed item 1 above, management gave me the scripted speech about cold weather. They also said they tried different hours before and it didn’t work. It is what is is, but, I was also promised a date change on my billing cycle to give me two free weeks (oh wow, a whole two weeks), and, even then, it never actually occurred, I’m still billed on the same day each month. So, guess they weren’t very serious about supporting a nominal fix like a 2 week complimentary… One more thing: the soap dispenser in the men's room is way too high up the wall. It seems to not detect you when you put your hand there. I have to either stretch my arms up high or stand on my tip toes for like a minute while waving my hand around and hoping it notices me to get a precious morsel of soap. I feel dirty when it doesn't work, and, I feel much empathy for anyone who is shorter than me. Not sure if this problem exists for the ladies. Recommendation: save your money for a full detail service elsewhere. Consider that maybe most of these concerns aren’t a big deal, but, for a monthly membership at $60, no thanks! Anyone who cares enough for their car will either do a basic wash themselves for literally quarters or a weekly automated carwash. In fact, some of these special soaps can be harmful for your car, and, if you read your owner’s manual, soap and water is all you need. Take all that money you would have spent here every year or 6 months, and opt for a full detail service at your auto dealership (it’ll look even shinier and better). Previous: I thoroughly enjoy this service and have a membership. The only problems I can see are that sometimes when they're in a rush they can forget things like the center consul or leave streak marks on the inside windows. Honesty, no big deal with a monthly membership. Where I did have a problem is when you sometime arrive they appear closed for the day, like yesterday. So you really can't go everyday and there's no way of knowing when they randomly close. This had happened to me a few times already when I dropped by to get the road salt cleaned off after some bad weather.

I give it 4 stars because every time I go no matter how slow or busy, they always rush through my truck. I’M IN NO HURRY.... take your time and clean my truck. It’s what I’m paying you to do. But this problem is more with it not being dry enough and leaving water marks everywhere. Especially noticeable on my black truck. It’s expensive but too... but I have the membership so I go at least once a week and it pays off. Decent place over all.

I have been going to the Gambrills Auto Spa since they opened and more recently on 3/10/2018. Great place, great team! Special kudos and recognition to Katherine! She always goes out of her way to make sure the customer feels valued and welcome!

Get the membership!!! Staff is superb and courteous. The manager is very professional, everyone greets you. They take great care of your car and they love doing it. Memberships are the price of 2 car washes and you can go every single day if you'd like. I don't go anywhere else now. It's a big place too, indoor detailing, free coffee and water, clean bathrooms, aquarium and quick service.

I just recently visited the Gambrills Auto Spa. The service is always stellar for me and I never have any complaints. The young lady (with glasses - I think her name is Ms. D or Ms. Kathy) that always greets me with a smile gives me the best suggestions for what I need at that moment - and the best bang for my buck!!! This place will always get my business. I pass at least 3 car washes just to come here. That should tell you something...Keep up the great work!
