Call it a 3 1/2.  I keep going over as the interior vacume is slways good, but, the interior windows, exterior windows, outer wipedown and rim clean are never clean.  They leave streaks on the windows every time and I find spots in places that weren't there previously.  

They don't put much effort into an overall dry down wipe and tend to only dry as far as they can reach without bending over.  There are slways soap streaks on the back bumper and streaks running down the trunk lid near the license plate. 

 I paid for the wax and rain-x and I can tell the wax was done as there is still a white film on the front grill and on some parts of the body.  I realize they were busy...they had a long line due to washes post the winter weather, but the customer pays for a specific service, it should be completed.

Was the worst car wash I have ever had. Didn't wipe out inside and outside looked awful. NEVER AGAIN

Just left there. Worst service ever. My car has smudge parks literally all over it. The inside was half assed wiped down. The vacuum portion was half assed done. The windows are all smudged. Never again. Just because they are busy doesn’t mean they can’t do their job correctly. Bad customer service.
