I cannot say enough good things about Game Away. The owner, Tim, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to the event, Tim was easy to reach and very thorough with any questions I had. On the day of the event, Game Away arrived with plenty of time to set up. The event started promptly and was a success. Everything ran seamlessly. He was able to make modifications for children who had a variety of needs. The truck itself is state-of-the-art, very clean and has the latest gaming technology. It is without reservation that I recommend this company to you.
We booked Game Away for our son’s 9th birthday. Tim was incredibly helpful, a pleasure to work with, and responded promptly to email and phone calls. We don’t have flat property so Tim took care of all the details of securing a location at a nearby pizza place. Our son and his friends had a blast! All the kids were fully engaged at all times! Our son is already asking to have a Game Away party again next year! Wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you Tim and Game Away for making our son’s birthday extra special!
We hired Game Away for my son's 8th birthday and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Tim was the nicest and easiest person to work with. He was quick to respond to every question I had. He has a 5 star review overall and there is a reason for that. It's because that is what he deserves. I would recommend Game Away to anyone looking to have a gaming party. No other company compares to the quality of service you get with Tim.
We used Game Away for my son’s birthday 10th birthday and they were amazing. They showed up early and were ready to go when we wanted. Tim and Matt were great with the boys, very helpful and made sure everyone had a great time. Truck was impressive, very clean and organized inside with plenty of options. Highly recommend and would use again!
Absolutely incredible Birthday Party for my son! Tim and Matthew were amazing! From start to finish, they provided the most wonderful experience for my son and his friends and cousins! They were patient, kind and simply awesome as they coached and guided each child so every single one of them was playing at all times. I am truly blown away by the entire experience!! I can’t imagine a better company ever!! I can’t wait to have another party!!!
BEST SERVICE AND QUALITY—Tim delivered superb customer service. He was courteous and kind. Matt was a professional. The kids were excited to see a kid close to their age coaching them. It made the whole experience that much more fun. The game truck was pristine and sanitized. Children were supervised, which was more than I expected. The games offered were popular and the kids got to play with 20 of their friends all at once!!! They were completely entertained for the entire 2 hours! As a mom, organizing a party for the kids is usually chaotic and exhausting. I actually got to sit and have a conversation with other parents while the kids played in a safe and secure environment! The biggest, the cleanest, the most respectful and quality game truck experience I’ve ever had. Stress-Free Fun! Tim and his family are gems and I’d recommend them to anyone.
There really are no words to express the gratitude that I have for Tim, the owner. I was in a real jam THE DAY BEFORE my stepson’s birthday party. The original venue had a nearby fire and I was frantic in making sure my stepson had a party. Tim came to the rescue!!!! I immediately started calling different game trucks and was able to schedule with Tim just hours before the event. He was truly a Godsend and I am forever grateful for his willingness to make my stepsons birthday party happen. The gaming truck is extremely clean and everything works up to par. The children stayed in the truck for 2 hours and had NO interest in leaving. Tim was also proactive in going over the rules for the Virtual Reality experience, Fortnite and the other gaming consoles that are on the trailer. The birthday party was a true success and it was possible because of Tim, thank you again.
I booked Game Away for my son's 9th birthday, and loved it, from start finish. Tim was very friendly and helpful with the entire process. The website was user friendly, and I like that everytime I called, I spoke with a person and not some automated system. On the day of the party, Tim and his staff arrived on time and did everything to engage the kids. The kids enjoyed the games, which were age appropriate, and I had booked the party for 90mins, and needed to extend the time, and that was no problem. The price was reasonable, and love the other lawn games that were available .
This is our 2nd time using it, they put on a great party! They arrived early, organized everything and were very pleasant to deal with. Truck was clean and kids loved it!
My son just celebrated his 14th birthday this past weekend and he and his friends truly enjoyed this gaming experience. They were very nice and accommodating. Any questions/concerns I may have had that I expressed via email, they were prompt in their responses. They arrived an hour before the event and explained a few things. I would definitely recommend their services.
