Let me just say first that the guys are up there are AWESOME they always give us great deals and they're always really patient when we come in on Fridays with our 4 kids....however this Sara girl that is there, she...for a lack of a better word, sucks. She doesn't take the time to buff CDs or games, she has no knowledge about any of the items in the store, and she has no customer service skills what so ever. Maybe she needs further training.

Not super thrilled with employee knowledge there. I've been in many many time to sell and to buy and have only ever seen one single employee that was there the last time the turnout rate is so high that employees know almost nothing about what they are selling. I always and I mean always have to tell someone how to do their job or often times do it for them only to be told I know nothing just to find out an hour later I was right and they didn't know anything about the system or game they were handling. The thing that made me the most disappointed in the service there was when I brought in a perfect working Nintendo 64 and was told they would not take it because it wouldn't work I told them I had just bought it there 6 months prior and it only ever stayed in a box after being played and I knew it worked they picked a random cartridge off the shelf and then proceeded to take an hour of my time to try it on 2 different TV's with 2 different av cables I went home and immediately plugged it in with my copy of ocarina of Time and it worked perfectly. The problem was a faulty game that they had in store that they never tested once and never cleaned or swapped out the whole time they were testing my system telling me I was a liar to my face. This is not the only time I've left infuriated with the service just the most infuriating situation I can remember I will no longer be shopping at this store or doing business with this store. If you are looking to do their job for them how ever or you know you won't have to ask for help they have pretty good deals, but if u do need help you might as well not even ask or just stick to the internet and eBay.
