I have never witnessed such complete incompetence as I have at the Cleburne goodwill the manager Paula is one of the worst human being I have ever had the displeasure to meet. She has on multiple occasions flat out started screaming at employees and customers as if this is acceptable behavior. Multiple employees I've spoken with have said they're too scared to send in a complaint because every time in the past no action has been taken and she is free to retaliate to those who have reported her and most times quitting was preferable to working with this nasty woman. I don't know why this awful women has been left in charge of this store and the people above her who see this as an acceptable way to run a store should be punished.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. And very polite and smiled. Hard to find anyone today that treats you kindly. God bless
