I went to sell some old magic cards and I assume since I am a woman with little knowledge of the game the fellow who dealt with me felt he could take advantage of me and that's exactly what he did. I lost out on a lot of money and wish I had never gone there. I hope no one else makes the same mistakes I did.

I always love coming here but my xbox one got stolen and I was told it was sold here. I called up first and asked the lady did anyone (no names) sold or traded a xbox one? She reply I can't give out that information.  So later that day I came up to the store cause I gave her the wrong serial number and she got hostel. She said "hunting for information is against the law." I called jpd and it's not against law and also she didn't want to receive my serial number. What it seems like she received my xbox and don't want to lose out on money. Very poor service on her behalf

Customer service is less than poor. I keep coming in thinking maybe it's just bad personal... I now believe it's just the whole franchise. 
If you can get the employees of their vaporizers to even ask a question its a miracle.
I asked to have 2 card games pulled out of the case, I was told to hold on a minute. 5 minutes later I left, I bought both games on Amazon.
Do not go here! Love, Not A Returning Customer.

It's a ok second hand store that has lots of misilenious stuff as well as video games. I advise only buying stuff there for original xbox, ps2 (but even they are expensive) and below cause it's one of the only places to find them and the current gen stuff are at the same prices at major retailers for new and used games.
