Yes, the prices are on the high side at my store, but the staff is helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to go the extra mile to help. I am a "low tech" grandma trying to keep up with all the gizmos and the folks here make it easier.

In general, prices at this store, probably the entire chain, are Waaaay too high! In a rush, I purchased a box of Avery postcards for $26. On my usual online office supply store, it was only $15 for the identical brand and type of product. Computers and inks are more reasonable, and if you have a Rewards card, you can snag some great buys. Online, they won't accept PayPal which is a drawback as I prefer not to use a credit card. While the cashiers are wonderful, helpful and friendly, it always makes me nuts to see the (male) managers standing around chatting with each other. The restrooms are nice and clean, another plus.
