Went to pick up a PS4 game after reserving it online. Received a confirmation email beforehand saying it was ready. When I got there they didn't have any record of me reserving the game, but they were able to "find" an extra in stock. When I got home I realized they had tried to give me a pre-owned game when I had paid for a new game. Never going through gamespot again. Staff is lazy, slow, and incompetent.

Friendly staff,  great selection of games and collectables. Especially Pokemon!
