We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The man who helped us showed us the deals throughout the store and helped us find the games we were looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find a website on my phone to view backwards compatibility for our system. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! I have been a long time customer of this store and have always received this type of service! Management should be incredibly proud of the store associates and the value they bring to the shopping experience! I recommend this store to anyone who needs a little help in understanding the different systems and video games! Keep up the good work!!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, although there have been a few times when the employees have been preoccupied and we didn't get the same level of attention as we've come to expect. But mostly my experiences at this location have been extremely positive with staff members going out of their way to make sure all of my questions were answered and I had everything I wanted. Good selection of new & used games, accessories, and merchandise for a smaller store.

Service is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful it’s always a pleasure talking to the staff about video games love GameStop.

Terrible customer service. All because you had a bad week. Keep personal stuff at home and treat your customers with respect and dignity

Really nice guys work here. Definitely understaffed as there are long wait times. The store has been a bit messy lately with all the new releases.
