Never liked GameStop too much to begin with. I've been going to only this location for the past few years solely because the staff was super kind, and knew their stuff. Also shortly after getting a new store leader, James, about a year and a half ago, this particular location achieved GameStop "Prestige" status. I never knew this existed, but it's apparently when a store has some of the best sales and customer service numbers in the whole country. So why one star? I went in recently to find out James, one of the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, was let go against his will (along with the assistant store leader) so now there was entirely new staff, who were more concerned with selling me a power up rewards membership than what I actually come in For. Needless to say, the first month after James left, the stores numbers plummeted and lost Prestige status. Apparently I'm not the only one who enjoyed the shopping experience the previous staff provided. Obviously any gaming needs I'll need in the future I'll go elsewhere like Best Buy or just order on Amazon

This store is hands down the best GameStop I have ever purchased from. The staff is so informative and genuinely nice! I even had a really nice man (sorry I forgot his name but he wears glasses) and he drove to another location to pickup an item and he brought it back to this location to make my life easier. That kind of service is unparalleled at any other locations. I will definitely always return here to purchase games and accessories. They also have a great selection and are very clean and organized!  I also called today and Liz was super helpful in telling me about the item I want to purchase and she was willing to hold it for me until I can get in to purchase. Again above and beyond customer service

This store has lost the appeal, better off getting your products at amazon even Walmart .  Which is right across the parking lot.
Can't believe the manager is gone from this store.  Someone who helped customers through the Christmas season.  Shop somewhere  else.
