Explore another options before enrolling here. my son studied there for many months, not good experience overall. Staff, learning methods, and policies. Be aware with whatever you sign, do not trust them. I never felt that they were really engaged with the learning process of my son. I would recommend to pay just a month so you can evaluate their service before committing to any of their long term programs. Do not let keep your credit card info, they would process a "last" charge whenever you cancell the service.

Be aware before providing your credit card information!!!!! I will describe my experience with no personal comments. My daughter wanted to explore guitar lessons, during the first week of September, therefore I agreed to enroll her in a 3 month program. I provided me credit card information, so they run a partial charge for september, plus the three month charge (Oct, Nov, Dec) with no notification about the partial charge. The situation is that they charge for every class, and they have no flexibility if you miss a class, - you just missed-, but in december they didn't delivered two classes. In January my daughter decided to explore another activity, but they charged me 3 months again, even though I notified them the first day of January. They don't understand reasons, they will charge you. At this time I opened a dispute and waiting for the bank to give me my money back!!! My advise, be aware before providing your credit card information!!!!

I had always had an interest in learning piano but feared that it might be too late to learn. As a young man in my twenties, with no music instruction as a child, I suspected that maybe the opportunity had passed. My attempts to learn piano from more traditional instructors always yielded the same result: They'd sit me down in front of the piano, place a sheet of music in front of me, and expect me to be able to read it. The Simply Music method is different. The focus of each lesson is on the finger movements and the resulting music -- not on reading sheet music notation. Consequently, you learn to play many different songs relatively quickly. My understanding is that I will eventually learn to read sheet music, but first we'll concentrate on just learning to play some songs. In my opinion, this method is much more fun, and causes me to look forward to my weekly lesson with Carrie. I also want to comment about Carrie's home. It's set up so that her music studio is dedicated only to her lessons. She has a walkway leading up to the studio side-door. This separate entrance opens into a small waiting room that connects to the piano room. It gives you an impression of professionalism, that demonstrates Carrie's commitment to her craft. Furthermore, the studio's separation from her home prevents any unexpected interruptions during the lessons. I would recommend Carrie / Lozier Music to anyone who has the desire to learn piano.

My daughters love their Playful Piano teacher. I am really impressed with how quickly they have learned & have memorized the keyboard notes. Especially since they are only 5! My sons take guitar lessons and look forward to seeing their teacher every week. They have special needs but that hasn't effected the quality of their lessons at all. Their teacher is patient with them and they are learning so well and so fast. The lessons at Lozier Music are really affordable, too.

I would recommend Lozier Music for not only children, but adults as well. I took lessons as a child in a traditional format, but as an adult can hardly remember any of it. I decided to take lessons with Lozier Music because it is a different approach to learning the piano - it focuses on developing a life long relationship with music for enjoyment, not performance. I enjoy playing the piano now, and can sit down and play over 30 songs from memory. Now when I'm at someone's house who has a piano, and they learn that I play - I can actually play something for them even if I don't have my music with me!
