Very rude smirky and just pretty much a butt would not go to this location ever again if you want to go to gamestop i recomend the one on market blvd by walmart that one has great staff and are very profesional and know alot about the games they are selling put the consumers first

Store is trash! Last month they didn't have the game that i pre ordered when it was released. Said they gave it to another customer. Then sold me the wrong DLC code. Now today they didnt have NBA 2k18 at all in the store but have posters and advertisements all over. Store is ridiculous. And they never compensate for their screw ups. I'm never satisfied with this place.

Staff are rude and slow. Literally stood there for 20 minutes in line behind 2 other people while the staff stood at the front and just talked to each other. Refused to ring us up and continued to talk. Everyone walked out after we realized we weren't ever going to get any help. The staff are very rude when they finally do help you. They act as if you've interrupted they're day , just because you want to give them some business. I will take my business to the Meridian Mall or Eastwood locations. They're both way better with nicer, helpful staff.
