Everyone at the Edgewood location is helpful and patient. I have always been greeted and my questions and problems have been answered and solved with professionalism and kindness. I always go to this location because of the staff there and the manager who models all of these qualities.

Marcy took my call after Sprint 1800 customer service bungled the whole thing twice for over 30 mins on each call. She was helpful and got me into the store where Tony & Rosco had the whole thing handled quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service! You 3 ROCK! Thanks so much!!

Terrible customer service. Have had great experiences prior but it will vary amongst employees. Today I called to check the availability of a newly released phone and the individual whom introduced himself as "John" told me to hold for a few. Well his "few" became 42 minutes. So I called using a different phone and got through to a different employee who told me it is slightly busy but he's willing to answer my question for me. I decided to drive there and wait. However, when I got there, all of the employees were assisting customers but the older employee "John" was giving philosophical quotes to customers and debating between which system is better "IOS vs Android". 28 minutes in and I left and actually drove 25 mins out to get my phone. I will no longer be returning to this place.

Chris originally helped me. Outstanding service and made sure I had everything suited to my needs: LG Flex 2, small plan, and happily changed my fees since I was switching from Verizon to Sprint. Later in the day I noticed some manufacturer issues with the phone and Chris informed me I had 30 days to switch to another phone. So i came in today and Carmine listened and quickly switched me to a new phone. Very happy with the customer service as well as my new phone and plan. :)

Very busy place and workers try to help multiple people at one time and is quite annoying. Was told that they "had" to add the protection plan to my new phone but I could cancel it on line. Found out later from another store that's a scam, they do that to get the commission! I will not be returning to this Sprint store.
