I traded in two games so I could get Danganronpa 1-2 Reload, but since it wasn't at the store they had to order it online. I asked for a new game because I didn't want a pre-owned game but when it arrived at my house it was pre-owned. I had the same problem when I was trading in my Xbox games for two games and Hatsune Miku Project Diva X. I asked for Project Diva new but they sent me a pre-owned game also. My review is three stars because the staff is super nice.

I have never had a bad experience and I come here often. The staff is amazing and very helpful in every way. I saw an employee (I think he's the manager) offer to go pick up a game from another city because they did not have it in stock. That's either great store policy or amazing employees, probably both.

I was on vacation in the area  I just wanted more information about call of duty so. I called on august 12th "Dallas"  answered the phone. I was trying to get information about call of duty and he couldn't tell me the correct information and that  they even had a call of duty strategy deployment kit  for the game I found that later after I googled it. He had an attitude like He didn't want to look up the information that I was requesting I wanted to learn more about call of duty products. PLEASE FIRE THIS DALLAS. He knows Nothing of Call of Duty products very   Disappointed!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡 Wasted my Prescoius Vacation time on UnEducated employee's

Was trying to look for a backwards compatible PlayStation 3 the gentleman and there was not very helpful went to Lem Turner before and he looked on the computer at other stores this guy didn't act like he wanted to take the time to do it
