Phones not in stock, had to wait additional days for phones I could not look at and choose from causing me to have to pay additional month on old service. Back to them with complaint on phone & they indicated it was due to "location" being on. Ain't that what we like on our phones for a lot of apps to work??? But have me impression they didn't care and i just paid over $500 on phones, fees, & services!!!

One star is for the better signal strength.

Such a great experience at this location. I came in with a broken phone on a day when only one team member was available, due to bad weather conditions. Francisco provided excellent service despite not having everything on hand that he needed; he was knowledgable, thorough, and endlessly patient while helping me figure out the best option for replacing my phone. He educated me and gave me his honest opinion -- I never felt like he was just trying to "sell" me. I walked away with exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't. Fantastic experience all around. Thank you, Francisco!

I had the great fortune to meet and work with a very intelligent and technically excellent young man by the name of Francisco Rameriz.  I went to the store very frustrated because my wife's phone that was just out of warranty and less than 2 years old had been giving us many weeks of unreliable performance.  I had spent several hours with the technical service folks on the phone and we determined finally that the phone operating system was so corrupt that it was not repairable and needed to be replaced.  Working with Francisco Rameriz we were able to replace her phone and upgrade my son Christopher's phone simultaneously fixing my wife's issues and upgrading to a reliable Samsung that we both experienced superior performance with in the past. In addition Francisco recovered very valuable information that we feared was lost forever.  The phones were activated and ALL of our contacts, email, photos, and applications were restored to the new phone in a minimum amount of time.  Francisco also took time to ensure we were given training on the features of our new phone systems.  Francisco makes sure your experience with Verizon and the associated phones is above your expectations and offers an invitation for support in the future in the form of Technical assistance and training anytime requested.  He is an energetic, and valuable member of the staff of the Fernandina Beach branch of Verizon Wireless.  I would recommend him to anyone who would like an outstanding experience with a person at Verizon who has a great attitude, and a vast amount of Technical Expertise and knowledge.

Had an absolute blast working with Landis. Very informative and helpful with switching me to my new phone. Transferred all of our stuff and made sure we knew what was going on with our bill. Strongly recommend this location.
