I've Been to this GameStop a couple times because it is near my house. But unfortunately it's not been a pleasant experience overall. Over the summer I placed a game on hold and once I got the confirmation I went to the store and it was closed. I checked online and the hours said it was open but the door was closed. So I went home and tried the following 2 days and it was still mysteriously closed. Still don't know why they were closed in the middle of the day for three days. I finally went to another GameStop where I was helped by great employees. Today I placed another order on hold but when I  showed up with my confirmation they told me they didn't have it in stock and that no other stores near me had the item. I left obviously a bit frustrated. Overall the store has very poor customer service. It's all in the little things. Other game stops in the area are better with it. I usually get an imidiate greeting by friendly employees and asked if i could use any help. Not the case here. At this GameStop I am greeted by employees who speak softly and don't make eye contact with customers.GameStop I suggest stressing the importance of being charismatic with customers.
