This store is the absolute worst!  When it comes to buying items, they are more than willing to take your money, but after the items are in your home they flat out don't care.  If you're more than a minute late with your payment they have no problem with calling you three times a day, and if you ask them to take the items back they fight you.  I have filed three complaints for this store: 1) the old manager was extremely rude and patronizing to me, 2) they were supposed to move my TV when I moved, but that was never scheduled, and 3) I set up a time for them to pick up my items since I am returning them because I am moving out of state. I got one call in the morning stating they only had one person, and said they would call me back.  They never did.  When I called back, they told me I would need to reschedule (I took time off from work waiting for them!).  Needless to say I will never be doing business with Aaron's, and I am going to share my story with as many people possible.

Rude / poor Customer service , poor communication. The Manger of the store lies about every thing . Miss a payment and this people will call every day no matter what time , show up to your house banging on your door after store hours , peeping threw windows over a late payment!!! Half a star.  My first time renting but it will be the last . Lesson learned !!! Over priced bull ...
