Very RUDE staff. If you don't place any preorders or renew your power up rewards membership they hold a grudge against you. Save a few bucks, order games from Amazon or best buy instead. Gamestop is a plague

Unprofessional! Cussing loudly and no one ever came over to see if i needed help. Got to the register and the guy that was going to check me out rolled his eyes when i had a question then started talking to an employee that was leaving. After getting a cigarette he painfully answered my petty questions. Too much work i guess. I did get some headway by asking more questions but overall this store was not good at all. Hopefully corporate will do better with this locationb haven't had these problems at any other Game Stop.

This store needs to be closed The staff is rude and slow. They have no knowledge of the products they sell someone from corporate need to retrain the staff.. Pls terminate Justin he had the worse customer service. I asked him a question and he was doing a report at the register so I assume he was there to assist. He gave me this look like I was annoying him he got smart by sayin "U shouldve been here 3 hrs ago we have no Nintendo NES classic edition console. Then he prints out a list and here call one of these stores they might hav what u looking for"

I had the worst experience here the worker at the counter was rude very unprofessional and had a smart ass mouth you never get smart to a person buying a product from your store. I was standing in line for like 20 min with only 1 person in front of me. I was there to trade in aa video game and he wanted to give me 4.00 do a game i payed almost 60.00 for cause he said it had scratches on it..I would NEVER recommended this gamestop to anyone this store needs to be close...
