I went there for the Holidays and the sales reps were very nice to me. The prices on the phones are affordable and they always have deals going on. They help me set up my phone and switch carriers. They also have family deals. I highly recommend going there.

I go to this location once or twice a month either to pay the bill or to upgrade a phone. I think that the fee for upgrading is high. It's almost twice as much as the location in Eastpoint Mall. 

I also don't like the long wait. Usually there's only one or two people at this location which is not so bad because that's how it is at most places but it would be nice if the one or two people who are working or dealing with people they could at least say hello to you when you walk in the door and say that they would be with you as soon as possible instead of you just standing there in complete silence for 10 to 15 min. 

What I do like about them is they typically seem to have a nice demeanor are up front about total cost and fees. For example there was a fee to pay the bill there if you swipe your card however if they went online on the computer for you while you were there they could process the payment for you free of charge. 

I personally feel like the fee should be removed because the process for competing the payment online at the store takes longer than me simply swiping my card and having a receipt print out.

Overall I have a neutral opinion about this location I never had any horrible experiences but I also never experienced super customer service either. It's a great place to go if you just want to pay your bill or if you already know what you want, but beyond that don't expect too much.

Had nothing but trouble here. I had to go back & Alex was there, got me in & out in less then 5 minutes. They need more employees like her before they go belly up!
